Terms of Sale

These terms apply to the digital products ("Products") presented on this website ("Site") and published by Stéphane Lanteri, trading as Pixel Odyssey, registered in Malta under No. 2718-0325, 19 Triq Leli Camilleri, Żurrieq, ZRQ 1741, Malta — reach us via our contact form.

1. The Products

The Products are downloadable digital files — curated PDF "prompt packs" of ready-to-use text prompts for AI music generation. They contain text prompts only; they are not audio files and do not include a music-generation service. You need your own access to a compatible AI music tool to use them.

2. Seller & Merchant of Record

All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, acting as the Merchant of Record. This means Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for the transaction: it handles the checkout, payment, applicable taxes (including VAT) and invoicing. When you buy, you also accept the Lemon Squeezy buyer terms, which govern the payment transaction.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are shown on the Site and at checkout in the applicable currency. Any taxes are calculated and displayed by Lemon Squeezy at checkout based on your location. Payment is made directly on the secure Lemon Squeezy checkout page.

4. Delivery

The Product is delivered digitally, as an instant download and/or via an email link from Lemon Squeezy, immediately after the payment is confirmed. No physical item is shipped. If you do not receive your download, reach us via our contact form and we will help.

5. Right of withdrawal — important

Under EU consumer law you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases. However, for digital content supplied immediately and not on a physical medium, this right does not apply once delivery has started, where you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase and starting the download, you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download begins.

6. Refunds

Because the Products are instantly delivered digital files, sales are generally final once downloaded. If a Product is faulty, materially not as described, or you were charged in error, reach us via our contact form. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy in line with its buyer terms.

7. Licence & permitted use

When you buy a Product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the prompts to generate your own music, including for commercial projects. You may not resell, share, redistribute or publish the prompt packs themselves (in whole or in substantial part) as a competing product. The prompts and the PDF remain the intellectual property of the publisher.

8. No guarantee of results

Output quality depends on the AI music tool you use and on factors outside the publisher's control. The Products are provided "as is"; no specific musical result is guaranteed.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Maltese law and applicable EU consumer-protection regulations. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
