This policy explains how your personal data is handled when you use this website ("Site") or buy a product, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Maltese law.

What data is collected

This Site is a static showcase. It does not run analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

• When you browse the Site: no account, no tracking. Your browser loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver the font files (see "Third parties" below).
• When you buy a product: the purchase happens on the Lemon Squeezy checkout. Lemon Squeezy collects the data needed for the sale — typically your name, email address, billing country and payment details — and shares your name and email with the publisher so the order can be fulfilled and supported.
• When you contact us: through our contact form, we receive the email address and any information you choose to include.

Why your data is used (legal basis)

• To process and deliver your order, and provide support — performance of a contract.
• To answer your messages — legitimate interest.
• To meet accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation.

Third parties (processors)

Your data may be processed by the following service providers, each under their own privacy policy:

• Lemon Squeezy, LLC — Merchant of Record: checkout, payment, invoicing and digital delivery. Privacy policy.
• Netlify, Inc. — website hosting and server logs. Privacy policy.
• Google (Google Fonts) — serves the web fonts used on the Site. Privacy policy.

Some of these providers are based outside the EU; they rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for any international data transfer.

How long data is kept

Order and invoicing data is retained for as long as required by tax and accounting law. Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. Lemon Squeezy retains transaction data according to its own policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, reach us through our contact form.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Maltese supervisory authority, the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC).

This Site does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not require a cookie banner. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
